About Us

Orsini Studios is designed for people who need self-contained, practical creative workspace to make, build, or run a small independent business in a quieter setting. Studios are designed for people who value privacy, focus, and the ability to work independently. The emphasis is on consistency, affordability, and being able to get on with the job. Studios are let on simple, rolling monthly agreements, giving flexibility as work evolves. In practice, tenants tend to stay long term. The self-contained nature of the units each with own wc and shower supports a stable, settled community suiting those who prefer to work independently - typically artists, makers, craftspeople and small e-commerce businesses

The building

The traditional brick and steel framed warehouse dates back to the late 1940s. Our renovations have revealed the original steel structure, concrete and London stock brick, while via the careful use of basic materials like marine ply and block, we have adapted the space for contemporary use.
